Cast Talents LLC is a casting, talent and related professional services company operating from Sharjah Media City Free Zone (SHAMS), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Our platform enables Talents to maintain professional profiles, discover or participate in casting opportunities, and enables Clients and authorised Cast Talents personnel to identify, shortlist and book suitable talent for projects.

2. Information We May Collect

Account & Identity Information

• First and last name, date of birth, gender and nationality.
• Email address, WhatsApp number and calling number.
• Account type, login credentials and account information.
• Residency, visa, work-authorisation or identification information where relevant.

Talent & Professional Information

• Talent categories, skills, languages and professional experience.
• Physical and professional characteristics relevant to casting.
• Photographs, headshots, cover images and portfolio material.
• Videos, showreels, links and audio recordings.
• Availability, casting preferences and application or booking history.

Client Information

• Contact, company and professional information.
• Casting requirements, project briefs and job postings.
• Shortlists, favourites, bookings and related communications.

Technical & Usage Information

• IP address, browser, device and operating-system information.
• Login, session, security, error and diagnostic information.
• Website interactions and pages viewed.
• Cookies and similar technologies.

Communications

We may retain information and media voluntarily provided through the Website, email, WhatsApp, telephone, social media, forms or other official Cast Talents communication channels.

4. Public Talent Profiles

Certain professional Talent profile information may be publicly displayed on Cast Talents' Website. This may include professional name, profile images, categories, nationality, languages, skills, professional characteristics and selected portfolio media.

Passwords, private account information and internal records are not intended for public display.

5. Casting Applications & Client Disclosure

When a Talent applies for a casting opportunity, or authorises Cast Talents to put them forward for a project, relevant profile information and portfolio material may be shared with the Client, production company, casting team or authorised project decision-maker.

We aim to disclose information reasonably relevant to evaluating, shortlisting or booking the Talent. Submission or shortlisting does not guarantee selection, employment or a Booking.

6. Talent Content & Media

You retain ownership of original content that you are legally entitled to own.

By uploading or voluntarily supplying photographs, videos, audio or other professional content, you grant Cast Talents a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, optimise, display and communicate that content as reasonably necessary to operate your profile, present you for casting opportunities and promote Cast Talents and its talent community through its official channels.

You confirm that you possess the necessary rights, permissions and consents for material supplied by you.

7. Children & Minor Talents

Cast Talents may maintain profiles for persons under 18 where participation is appropriately authorised and managed by a parent or lawful guardian.

A parent or guardian creating or managing a minor's profile represents that they have authority to provide the minor's information and media and consent to its processing for legitimate casting purposes.

We may request reasonable evidence of parental or guardian authority where necessary.

8. When We May Share Information

Cast Talents does not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.

Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with:

• Clients, production companies and casting decision-makers.
• Hosting, cloud, communications and technology providers.
• Payment processors and authorised service providers.
• Analytics, security and fraud-prevention providers.
• Professional advisers.
• Government, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities where legally required.
• A successor entity in connection with a legitimate business transfer or restructuring.

9. International Data Transfers

Some technology, communications, cloud or service providers used by Cast Talents may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Where applicable, we will take measures reasonably required to protect personal information in accordance with applicable requirements.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, legitimate business requirements, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, security, accounting and applicable legal requirements.

Account deletion does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record. Certain information may remain temporarily in secure backups or be retained where required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, dispute or legitimate record-keeping purposes.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may request:

• Access to personal information held about you.

• Deletion where legally applicable.
• Restriction or cessation of certain processing where applicable.
• Withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent.

Withdrawal of consent does not retrospectively invalidate lawful processing carried out before withdrawal.

Registered users may receive operational communications relating to accounts, security, applications, bookings and important service changes.

Where permitted, users may also receive casting opportunities, newsletters or promotional communications. Optional marketing communications may be unsubscribed from without preventing essential account, transaction or security messages.

We use reasonable administrative, organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure or loss.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting their passwords and reporting suspected unauthorised account access.

The Website may contain links to or integrate independent third-party services. Cast Talents does not control the privacy practices of independent third parties.
